What we collect

When you submit the quote form: name, phone, email, town, project type, budget, timeline, notes, the page you submitted from, and the time. We also keep basic technical info (approximate country from our host and a hashed IP address) to prevent spam. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies.

How we use and share it

We share your request with partner contractors, typically up to 3 independent deck builders serving your area, so they can contact you about your project by phone, text or email. We do this only when you check the consent box. We don't sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Contractors

Contractors who receive your details are independent businesses with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

We keep requests for up to 24 months. To have your request deleted, or to stop being contacted, submit the form with "delete my request" in the notes using the same email, and we'll remove it and ask partners to do the same.

Security

Requests are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and are only accessible to us with a private access key.
